北京索爱普天移动通信有限公司原名北京爱立信普天移动通信有限公司，成立于1995年8月，是由爱立信与其中方合作伙伴共同投资兴建的中外合资高新技术企业。2004年6月30日正式更名为北京索爱普天移动通信有限公司，由索尼爱立信控股。<br>十二年，公司产能、质量、效率和管理水平不断提高，规模和业务能力快速健康发展。截至到2007年7月，累计销售额1200多亿人民币，累计出口额近800亿人民币，始终处于北京工业企业出口额排名的最前列。现在，公司做为索尼爱立信全球在内地最大的生产基地，拥有员工余人，形成了以工业化、生产和直接分销为核心的业务体系，已经具备一秒钟生产1.5部手机的生产能力，产量占索尼爱立信全球产量的三分之一以上。数次入选中国企业500强、中国制造业企业500强并跻身中国通信器件和设备及零配件制造业企业前列。<br>2007年，公司业务继续保持高速增长的势头。仅前四个月销售额就超过了108亿元人民币，预计全年将突破300亿元人民币。公司将继续保持成本领先和技术领先这两大优势，实现到2009年年产7千万部手机的生产能力，为客户提供一流质量的产品，早日成为世界移动电话生产领域的旗舰企业。<br><br><br>北京索鸿电子有限公司成立于1995年10月，由索尼公司、北京邮电学院科技开发公司、北京电子信息产业（集团）有限责任公司及北京天竺空港工业开发公司共同投资，投资总额2919万美元，注册资本1170万美元。索鸿电子在成立之初主要是开发、设计和生产索尼数字移动电话产品、专业广播级数字编辑机和摄像机。2002年伴随着索尼爱立信的诞生，伴随着索尼和爱立信对全球手机业务的整合，索鸿电子开始成为索尼爱立信在华的手机印刷电路板生产基地之一。在2005年12月13日，经中国商务部批准，索尼爱立信移动通信有限公司斥资1200万美元控股原属索尼中国公司控股的北京索鸿电子股份有限公司，至此索鸿成为索尼爱立信的一个内部生产基地，集研发、设计、生产、销售、营销和采购为一体，以此支持索尼爱立信不断扩充的产品线。２００６年11月，索尼爱立信斥资成功收购索鸿电子中方股东的股份，从而实现了对索鸿电子的100%控股。2007年3月份，经商务部批准，索尼爱立信集团向索鸿电子追加投资1270万美元，用于索鸿电子的扩大再生产。目前索鸿电子公司拥有先进的自动化贴装设备，形成了年80亿点的贴装能力，成为索尼爱立信在华最大的手机印刷电路板供应基地，并且与毗邻的另外一家索尼爱立信控股公司索爱普天一起成为索尼爱在华手机加工基地，为索爱全球手机业务发展奠定了坚实的基础。<br><br>as a leading manufacturing and supply center of sony ericsson global, beijing se putian mobile communications co., ltd.
